We are a team of five people all dedicated to transforming the way in which education is presented. We are teachers at heart and we have over 35 years of classroom experience between us. We are here to provide, to inspire and to help and we are always open to any conversation and insight. We regularly host teachers at our offices and are actively recruiting the best teachers in the world to work with us on bringing self-paced learning to everyone.

James Simms
James is our strategic lead and inspiration. A PE teacher of 17 years, James has worked in five different schools and colleges. He records all our PE material and is the driving force behind our project. James is a father of two and a keen sportsman.

Marta Soteras Munt
Marta has recently joined us full-time and is building our MFL provision beginning with Spanish. A conference interpreter by trade, Marta has excelled in the MFL classroom for the past decade. Marta is mother of two daughters.

Lead PE Teacher
Mike Prior
Mike is our Lead PE teacher but is also so much more. Mike is an inspirational colleague, full of ideas combined with common sense. Mike inspired our Roadmaps project and has numerous new projects on the horizon including the brilliant marking and feedback module. Mike is husband of Hannah and dad to (the ever so cute) Mila.

Natasha Buck
Natasha is our rock. She leads on all admin requests and financial interactions. Natasha is, without doubt, the most thorough and professional colleague anyone could hope to have in their team. Natasha is mum to Liv and Josh and combines work with being an inspirational parent.

Brad Pace
Brad checks all our work for grammatical correctness and quality. A stalwart for detail, Brad checks every line of text, every question and every piece of feedback. He is crucial to our work. Brad is husband to Lauren and maker of the best office coffee imaginable.
